Ryanair warns of the possibility of job losses as a result of ongoing delays with the delivery of Boeing 737 MAX aircraft

Budget airline Ryanair has warned of the possibility of job losses among pilots and cabin crew members, due to ongoing difficulties receiving the infamous Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.

The model remains grounded worldwide after two deadly crashes in which 346 people lost their lives.

Ryanair was expected to receive 10 737 MAX aircraft in June at the latest, so they could be put to use for the crucial summer season. But it seems now that Boeing may not be able to deliver the aircraft until September or October, as the Boeing 737 MAX is still not re-certified to fly again.
