Search teams comb the River Lee in Cork after reports of a person entering the water

 

Gardaí, the Cork City Fire Service, ambulances and the Crosshaven Lifeboat are searching for a person who was reportedly seen entering the River Lee near Parnell Bridge at around 7:20am today.

The Coastguard Helicopter is also assisting in the search.
