Sein Fein calls for more Afghan refugees to be given asylum in Ireland and those already in the Irish asylum system “have to be guaranteed a right to stay” in Ireland




As it stands, the Irish government are in the process of granting 195 emergency “resettlement” visas to Afghan refugees, however Sinn Fein are calling for the Irish community to accept more refugees.

According to Breakingnews.ie, Sinn Féin TD Eoin Ó Broin said: “We absolutely have to take an appropriate number of refugees in the same way as we do with Syria.

Many people feel that Ireland really should take in a number of Afghan migrants in to save them from the evil Taliban, especially the Christians.
