Seven people have been taken to hospital following a major crash in an Irish county.
The accident, which involved two cars, happened on the N52 at Cassidy’s Cross, Carlanstown, Co. Meath, on Sunday evening.
There have been multiple deaths and injuries on Irish roads during the Christmas period and the start of the year.
