Gardaí in Arklow, Co Wicklow, have launched an investigation after a teenager allegedly exposed himself to young children at a hotel recently.
Reports say a large group of children were left traumatised at the Arklow Bay Hotel after two youths entered the premises and set upon the children inside.
Residents at the hotel say the two teenagers worked together to scare the children. It is believed one teenager purposely knocked on the window whilst the other stripped from the waist down in front of them.
The shocking incident apparently left the children in a great deal of distress after they seen the teenager without any trousers.
Meanwhile a Garda spokesman said they investigating the incident, telling reporters: “Gardaí at Arklow are investigating an incident which was reported at 9pm at a premises on Sea Road in Arklow, Wicklow on 23 February 2017.”
