Riots broke out in Philadelphia on Monday night after police officers shot and killed a knife wielding black man.
The incident which took place in West Philadelphia led to looting, rioting and arson as well 30 hospitalised police officers and 91 arrests.
One policewoman is currently in a critical condition in hospital after one thug drove into police line with his truck, running her over.
Most of the rioters arrested, were detained on suspicion of burglary and looting and by Tuesday morning relative calm had returned to the City of Brotherly Love
Since June, US cities have been plagued with violent riots and looting organised by Black Lives Matter, Antifa and other radical leftist groups following the death of convicted home invader and drug addict George Floyd following his arrest by Minneapolis police.
