Gardai said that a number of shots were fired at a vehicle in a Dublin housing state this evening.
The incident happened just after 7pm in the Rathbeale Crescent area of Swords in the capital
It is understood that there was a male inside the vehicle, though he was not hit.
Gardai are investigating the shooting.
