Six people arrested during a protest in Dublin




Gardaí in Dublin have confirmed that six people have been arrested in connection with public disorder offences in the city.

The arrests come after a disturbance occurred during a protest at a house on North Frederick Street.

It is believed that a protest was held at the house after an eviction notice was enforced.

The crowd which consisted of 100 activists were apparently holding a protest over the current housing and homeless crisis.
