British police have arrested six people in connection with an incident at the Hilton hotel in Manchester earlier today.
Authorities say that a woman in her 20s sustained serious neck injuries after being assaulted by a number of people. She was rushed to hospital, but has since been discharged.
The motive for the attack remains unclear.
