Sky News has reported that hundreds of young trans people in the UK are seeking help to “detransition” and return to their actual sex.
Speaking to Charlie Evans (28) was born female but identified as male for nearly 10 years before detransitioning Sky News leaned that hundreds of young trans people have contacted Ms Evans seeking help to return to their biological sex, having transitioned at a young age.
Transgenderism is becoming increasingly popular amongst children as the ideology is promoted more and more by the media, celebrities and now by the education system itself.
Some parents have even opted to begin transitioning their children to the opposite sex at ages as as young as four years old.
Ms Evans told Sky News
“I’m in communication with 19 and 20-year-olds who have had full gender reassignment surgery who wish they hadn’t, and their dysphoria hasn’t been relieved, they don’t feel better for it,” she says.
“They don’t know what their options are now.”
Earlier this year a coalition of medical experts, whistle-blowers and academics are set to release a book of essays highlighting the danger of pushing transgenderism on children in education and entertainment.
The collection of essays is titled “Inventing Transgender Children And Young People” and will tackle what it calls the “dangerous” transgender ideology promoted in schools, universities, the NHS and other public institutions.
Authors of the book include Dr David Bell, consultant psychiatrist at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust in North London, Professor of Sociology at Oxford University Michael Biggs, psychotherapist Dr Bob Withers and Dianna Kenny, Professor of Psychology at the University of Sydney, Australia.
