All social welfare payments will be made available weekly again from today onwards.
In a move announced last month the Minister for Social Protection Heather Humphreys said that all payments will be made weekly beginning on November 2nd.
The move comes after payments were made on a fortnightly basis back in March.
It is believed that the change was made during the first lockdown in an effort to reduce footfall at post offices.
