There were some 2,000 customers without power following lightning strikes this week.
ESB Networks said that the majority were in Roscommon, which were to be restored over the past 24 hours.
Some 400 customers in north County Dublin were be without power also as crews worked on repairs.
However it’s understood that tlooding reported in Leitrim, Donegal, Cavan and Longford have left up to 500 homes without power this morning.
Services are said to be fully restored over the next 24 hours.
