Spain reports hottest and driest April since records began




Spain has reported the hottest and driest month of April since records began.

According to local weather reports, the past April’s average daily temperature was 14.9C, which is a full 3C above the normal average.

Below average rainfall is also causing significant problems nationwide, with a long-term drought now declared.
