Met Eireann has issued a Status Yellow warning for a number of counties due to heavy rainfall and thunderstorms.
The warning covers Connacht, Donegal, Clare, and Kerry. The national forecaster says that up to 30mm of rain might fall across these areas during this afternoon, and that thunderstorms may break out at times.
The weather on Bank Holiday Monday is not looking too good either, as heavy rain is also predicted.
