Stephen Sutton, the teenager who while completing a bucket-list, managed to raise £3 million for charity.
Only a week and a half ago, Stephen was released from hospital after have a major overnight improvement.
Sadly though that was to be short-lived and Stephen passed away early this morning. RIP
