Stobart Air has ceased operations with immediate effect, many flights to the UK from Ireland will no longer operate.
The airline, a subsidiary of Aer Lingus, had virtually not flown any routes for over a year due to the pandemic.
A liquidator will be appointed shortly.
Any passengers booked to fly with Stobart are advised to not turn up at the airport.
