The Met Office is advising people to stay at home as the storm system arrives in the UK.
Storm Babet has caused some devastating floods around southern areas of Ireland, and it’s expected to do the same in parts of the north-east of Scotland and elsewhere.
Some areas are under a rare Red Warning for expected ‘danger-to-life’ conditions.
