Storm Henry is upon us, bringing strong gale winds of up to 130km/h along. The country’s west coast is expected to bear the brunt of the onslaught.
A Status Orange warning is currently in effect for the entire western seaboard. It will remain in place until tonight.
The wind will gradually pick up speed throughout the morning, peaking towards late afternoon and evening. Stormy conditions will remain in the early part of the night, gradually easing towards dawn.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution and watch out for debris on the roads.
