The nursing strike action scheduled for next week will go ahead as planned after talks between the INMO and the HSE came to a standstill today.
It is understood that no further progress has been made following three of talks between representatives of both parties.
Although the HSE and the Government hoped that an agreement could be reached the INMO say no substantial or beneficial offers have been made.
The union say scheduled strike action for the end of January and early February will go ahead as planned unless a significant improvement is made in negotiations in the coming days.
