A very powerful video has been released online specifically targeted at men who are struggling and contemplating suicide.
The powerful clip was released today to mark World Suicide Prevention Day, the video is being released to encourage men to open up about their struggles and and reminds them they dont have deal with issues on their own.
The video which was spearheaded by Owen Sharp, the CEO of the Movember Foundation, said: “We wanted to create a powerful piece of content that would ignite important conversation about suicide, the complex issues that surround it and what everyone can do to address it.”
The video entitled ‘Suicide notes talk too late’ features men sharing their own personal experience with suicide, and reiterates the message, “Men, let’s talk when things get tough.”
