Summer 2020 is all but canceled in Ireland, as Met Eireann is warning of more weather misery over the coming days.
Monday will see some torrential downpours in many areas, which might lead to localized flooding.
Tuesday will fare slightly better as drier weather moves in, with temperatures rising to about 18-19C.
Wednesday and Thursday are expected to bring warmer conditions, particularly across the south and east of the country.
Early indications are for a very mild and humid Friday, with temperatures topping 23C at times.
