Sydney once again put on an incredible fireworks display in front of a packed out Circular Quay.
Hong Kong also put on a spectacular fireworks displays to welcome in 2023.
Up to 1.5 million people packed Circular Quay to watch the fireworks display while up to $5 million was spent on the whole event which lasted some 12 minutes.
London is said to have a spectacular display ready for midnight and will be displayed on BBC 1, while Dublin’s will be broadcast on RTE 1.
