The Taoiseach Micheal Martin has said the country’s vaccine roll-out is running effectively and efficiently.
In a message posted on his Twitter account, the Taoiseach paid thanks to staff administering the vaccines saying a tremendous tribute must be paid.
Martin also revealed that at least 55% of the population have received their first dose, whilst 26% of the population are fully vaccinated.
