The Taoiseach Micheal Martin has said that the country will not be paying any ransom over the HSE cyber attack.
Speaking about the incident, the Taoiseach said that we have people and systems in place to deal with the attack.
Martin went on to say that we won’t be paying or engaging in that sort of stuff over a ransom.
He added that the incident is being dealt with on the advice of security experts.
