The Taoiseach Micheal Martin has hailed today as a good day for the country as most Covid-19 restrictions will be lifted.
In an address to the nation Martin said today was a good day for the country as we are in position to lift most Covid-19 restrictions which have been in place for so long.
Although the Taoiseach warned that we must proceed with caution, he did state that we are in a better place now given our extensive vaccination programme.
Martin added that he hasn’t looked to a Spring as much as this one.
