In what can only be described as truly awful, a history teacher was ‘decapitated’ in Paris on Friday evening following what police are deeming to be a terrorist attack.
Police shot the suspect several times and he died at the scene.
The incident happened at around 5pm local time in the small town of Eragny, located towards the northwest of Paris.
The BBC reports that the teacher had shown pupils in his class a number of cartoons that depicted the Prophet Mohammad prior to last night’s attack.
