A 19-yr-old man has been given a five year suspended sentence for raping his 8-yr-old niece for three years while he was aged 14 to 17.
The man cannot be named to protect the identity of his niece pleaded guilty to 7 counts of rape and 10 counts of sexual assault.
He said that started to watch pornography when he was 9 years of age and started to re-enact what he was watching on his niece.
It’s understood that the Judge said he was better off in society rather than behind bars and he was given a five year suspended sentence.
Many people feel that porn is too easily accessibly for people under the age of 18.
