There was some disappointing news for concert goers on Monday as it was announced that there will be no concert at Slane Castle this year.
The decision which will come as a blow to those looking forward to a gig at the iconic venue, was confirmed by Lord Henry Mountcharles who revealed there no plans to host a concert this year.
However all was not lost as Lord Mountcharles confirmed that he and organisers are hard at work trying to organise a concert for 2019.
The temporary hiatus comes after the iconic venue played host to Guns N’Roses last year.
