A man who went through the streets of a city in Montenegro with a hunting rifle killed ten people, two of whom were children.
According to Sky News, the man initially shot the two children and their mother, who lived in his house as tenants. He then shot thirteen more people on a random basis, killing seven of them.
The man’s killing spree was halted when a passer-by shot and killed him. He is said to be a 34-year-old man and has been identified only by his initials, VB. The motive for the killing Is currently unknown.
