Up to 40,000 Ulster Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland customers are in line to receive refunds, after the latest IT blunder left many out of pocket.
Ulster Bank will issue refunds for 23,000 business customers, after realizing that these customers were placed in the wrong fee structure.
And elsewhere, Royal Bank of Scotland is set to fork out refunds for mortgage holders who had been charged the wrong interest rate.
Ulster Bank has been plagued with IT issues in recent times, leading to fierce backlash from its customers.
