The convicted murderer Catherine Nevin has died at the age of 67.
She died last night at a care facility in Dublin after a long battle with cancer.
She was diagnosed with a brain tumour and has been in the care facility since.
Catherine Nevin was given a mandatory life sentence and she was found guilty of murdering her husband Tom.
She was subsequently given the nickname “the Black widow”.
