The star of ITV’s The Chase, Paul Sinha has revealed that he has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and type 2 diabetes.
Sinah who is popular amongst fans of the quiz show hosted by Bradley Walsh, revealed his diagnoses in a post on his blog.
In the post Sinah asked fans to treat him as they normally would despite the difficult diagnosis.
Writing in his blog, the comedian and quizer said he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease on May 30th after his journey begun back in September 2017.
Sinah also revealed that he was diagnosed with type two diabetes in September 2017 after experiencing sudden onset of frozen right shoulder, which ultimately required to have surgery last January.
He also told followers that he lost two stone in weight since his diagnosis.
However despite admitting it was a difficult time, he told fans that he remains positive and is continuing to enjoy what he loves and he will continue to take part in quizzes as well as writing and performing in the comedy industry.
