It’s been a long time coming but it appears that Enda Kenny may finally be getting ready to say goodbye.
The Taoiseach has told the Fine Gael parliamentary party tonight that he will address the leadership issue at the parliamentary party meeting which will be held next Wednesday evening.
He’s been holding out for Brexit, the UK election and even possibly a new Dail term after the summer, but the possibility of a heave, he’s more likely to go sooner rather than later.
Leo Varadkar and Simon Coveney are no doubt already ringing round for support!
