The Exo building has been given the green light today by Dublin City Council and An Bord Pleanála.
The building is being funded by Nama and will sit at 73 metres high.
It will be situated in The point Village in the city’s dockland beside the 3Arena.
The building is set to accommodate up to 2,000 employees.
The construction is set to take place over the next two years and will create over 350 jobs while this is taking place.
The building will cost €80 million overall.
