The funeral of little Matthew Healy will take place tomorrow in Waterford

The funeral for the little child who was discovered dead in a vehicle in County Waterford last week will take place in Watergrasshill, County Cork, reports Breaking News.

On Friday, Matthew Healy, age six, was discovered wet and lifeless in the back seat of a vehicle parked on a laneway at Rathmoylan Cove, outside of Dunmore East.

An arrest was made close to the site of a lady in her 30s. After treating her over the weekend, gardaí are reportedly intending to interview her on Monday over Matthew’s death, reports Breaking News.

On Wednesday at noon, there will be a Requim Mass for Matthew at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Watergrasshill.

At the Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity on Barrowstrand Street in Waterford City, some 200 people showed out for a vigil on Saturday.

Matthew was a pupil at Faithlegg National School in Cheekpoint, County Waterford, and his headmaster, Kieran O’Sullivan, called his passing a tragedy, reports Breaking News.
