The government doesn’t recognise the state of people’s mental health, claims campaigners who say that there’s people up and down the country completely forgotten by Micheal Martin, Leo Varadkar and Eamon Ryan.
They’re saying that people who need mental health services but are unable to get the help they need are being left to their own devices and that they can simply fend for themselves.
Campaigners say that the services that are there are completely pushed to the brink of breaking point, but the government is unwilling to help with further funding and staff.
