The Minister for Health Simon Harris has been criticised this week for his emphasis on abortion rather than trying to deal with the smear test misdiagnosis disaster.
Many grass roots members of both Fine Gael and Fianna Fail feelĀ that the government priorities should be solely on the smear test nightmareĀ and that their abortion agenda isn’t justified, especially given the fact that Leo Varadkar, Simon Harris and Simon Coveney have all flip flopped on abortion over the last 6 years and both parties’ ard dheis voted to retain the Eighth Amendment
Meanwhile the LoveBoth vote No group have called out 31-yr-old Minister for Health Simon Harris to publicly debate the abortion referendum.
It’s understood that if there is a Yes vote on May 25th that taxpayers’ money will be used to facilitate abortions being carried out in Ireland.
