It looks as though the majority of seats in this local election will be filled by Green Party candidates.
Whether it was the recent climate emergency declaration, or the climate change propaganda that was been filling the airwaves of late, the Green Party seem to have gotten a lot of people across the finish line.
Many social media users are questioning how that is possible considering the Green Party was in government with Fianna Fail when the recession and bank crisis hit.
