The first shipments have long since been snapped up, and as stores wait for further deliveries, they must fend off nervous parents pushing and shoving to be first in line.
Hatchimals dwell inside a colored egg, and the child’s loving attention and constant rubbing makes it ‘hatch.’ It is unclear what happens next, but the furry creature that emerges supposedly learns and evolves into something else.
