Thirteen people sustained injuries after an explosive device detonated in the French city of Lyon on Friday afternoon.
Most of the injuries were caused by shrapnel, and none are believed to be life-threatening.
The device was planted outside a bakery on Victor Hugo street. The bomber was caught on CCTV as he approached the location pushing a bike and carrying a rucksack on his back. He was seen leaving the rucksack outside the bakery, and the device exploded two minutes later.
A manhunt is now underway in an effort to apprehend the perpetrator.
