This is the face of 20-yr-old Brazilian student Thias Regina de Oliveira. She was in court this week for the 3rd time in relation to a false rape claim in which she reported to Gardai that on August 24, 2013, she was allegedly dragged down a lane way in Cabra Park and raped by three men.
The DPP are said to have a substantial file on the case, and a malicious crime of this nature must be dealt with in a stern manner.
She was released on €1,000 bail and will be back in court next month.
