Three people who absconded from mandatory hotel quarantine at Dublin’s Crowne Plaza Hotel have agreed to return after they were questioned by Gardai in Co Galway.
It is understood that the three people who left the hotel on Tuesday agreed to return after Gardai eventually caught up with them in Loughrea, Co Galway.
Although it is not known if the three individuals will face any charges, it is believed that they agreed to return following questioning from Gardai who intercepted the individuals who were travelling in the same car.
Gardai say the three individuals were stopped by a motorway patrol unit and have since returned to the hotel.
