Three people have died in the UK after consuming sandwiches contaminated with Listeria. Three others remain serious ill.
It is understood that all people affected ate the sandwiches as part of hospital meals.
The outbreak has been traced to meat produced by North Country Cooked Meats, which has now ceased production.
An investigation into how the tainted products entered the food chain is ongoing.
