Three teenage boys have been arrested after they allegedly gang-raped a 15-year-old girl in a public toilet.
According to The Tallahassee Democrat, the three boys Zaccheus Michael, Jacari Spencer and Demario Davis, have been arrested and charged after they allegedly gang-raped the girl in a toilet at Tom Brown Park in Tallahassee, Florida, on May 23.
It is reported that the unnamed girl went to meet one of the boys at the park before she was attacked by another.
The Tallahassee Democrat say the girl was dragged into the women’s cubical where the three males all aged 16, wedged the door shut with a sandbag before they allegedly took turns raping her.
Following the horrific attack the distraught girl told police that the boys told her “What happens in the group, stays in the group.”
Police investigating the incident say they found used condoms along with wrappers inside a rubbish bin outside the bathroom.
Investigating officers say the three males have been charged with lewd and lascivious molestation, sexual battery and kidnapping.
They added that all three are being charged as adults given the seriousness of their crimes.
