Insurer Aviva has announced its decision to cut up to 1,800 jobs over the next three years in an effort to save around £300m a year.
Aviva is the UK’s largest insurer, and it is believed that the jobs will go across all of the company’s operations in the UK and elsewhere.
The insurer employs around 30,000 people worldwide.
