The huge online fraud shop that stole more than 100 million euros from victims has been jailed for more than 13 years.

Tejay Fletcher, 35, bought a £230,000 (€265,000) Lamborghini, two £110,000 Range Rovers and a £11,000 Rolex after earning around £2 million on the website iSpoof.cc.

He was the founder and chief administrator of the site that was taken down in Britain’s biggest scam last year, reports Breaking News.

Criminals have been offered tools that allow them to disguise phone calls as coming from a trusted entity, such as a bank, thereby draining their targets’ accounts.

Victims around the world have been cheated out of at least £100million, including at least £43million from people in the United Kingdom, according to the Southwark Crown Court in London.

The site made around £3.2million in Bitcoin cryptocurrency, with the “lion’s share” of around £2million going to Fletcher, said prosecutor John Ojakovoh, reports Breaking News.

Fletcher pleaded guilty last month to four counts between November 30, 2020 and November 8, 2022, including manufacturing or supplying an article for use in fraud, abetting or aiding the commission of a crime, possessing criminal property and Transfer of Criminal Property.

Judge Sally Cahill KC jailed him for a total of 13 years and four months on Friday, telling him: “For all the victims it was a harrowing experience,” reports Breaking News.
