
A crew of firefighters at Dublin Fire Brigade have been praised for their heroics after they managed to help to resuscitate a baby after a home birth in west Dublin last weekend.
It us understood members of the fire brigade along with an ambulance crew managed to save the new-born after it stopped breathing in a Tallaght home.
Thankfully their efforts were successful as the new-born suffered no lasting effects.
It is understood both Mother and baby are in good health and are currently being treated at Tallaght Hospital.
