Traffic wardens will be able to prey on Christmas shoppers for longer hours and on Sundays across Cork city, it has emerged today.
According to the city’s Council, wardens will now be able to roam the streets until 8.30pm from Monday to Saturday, instead of 6.30pm.
There will also be additional enforcement hours on Sundays, just in time for Christmas.
