A 25-yr-old woman has lost her life following a two-car collision in Co Meath
The accident happened at around 9.15pm last night on the R148 at Blackwater Bridge in Enfield, Co Meath.
The male driver of the car who is in his 20s, was also removed to Connolly Hospital. His injuries are understood to be serious. The occupant of the second car was injured but her injuries are not life-threatening but she remains in hospital also.

Road deaths have increased quite dramatically this year as opposed to 2015. Questions are now being asked as to whether speed is the main cause, or lack of concentration such as texting is a factor.
