It has been confirmed in the past few hours that a six year old girl has died after a bouncy castle exploded at a restaurant in Northern Spain.
The horrific accident which killed the little girl, occurred earlier today in a small town in the North of the country when the kids aged between 6-11 years old were playing a local restaurant.
According to local media reports the bouncy castle exploded when the valve which increases the air pressure to inflate the castle became stuck and released under immense pressure.
It is believed the young girl suffered a number of fatal injuries after the castle was thrusted 45 feet into the air. Reports say the young girl died in hospital a short time after the accident.
Meanwhile six other children have been treated for injuries with one other girl being taken into intensive care, whilst a nine year old boy has been airlifted to nearby hospital for further treatment.
Local media also report that debris from the bouncy castle has been found over 120 feet away from the accident on roof tops and trees.
